That was one of the views expressed by participants in public hearings in Kozyatin, which took place at 6 June 2008. Public discussion was on the theme: "The level of electoral programs of urban organizations, political parties, which formed Kozyatinskaya city council and occurred as part of the Podolsk Center of Social Technologies' Network conscious voters" with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation.
